Hello Stefan,

Yes , you can print the Service Order Confirmation.

****** Please refer the steps to reproduce :->

1.Go to Service Order work center->Service Order Processing view.

2.Create New /Existing Service Order ->Click on the View All button .

3.At right hand side you see option "You Can Also ->Edit Output Setting".

In the 'Business Document' window ,which open you need to make sure below

details are maintained :-

i)'Template Name' ii)'Send By:' (In your case 'E-mail) and iii)'E-mail Address'.

4.Once maintain later click on the 'Apply' button.

5.Now for this Service Order ,click on Action : "Submit ->Send Order Confirmation to

Account ".

This will send Service Order Confirmation to an account and pdf document can be

seen under 'Output History' tab of this service order.
