Can we print or eMail the Service Order Confirmation

Does anybody know if there is a functionality available to print the Service Order Confirmation? Or to send it to the customer per eMail?

In our System we can not find an appropriate form, but we see the tab 'Output history' on the Service Order Confirmation Screen. Seems that the System is supposed to be able to send something...
