Purchase order approval - override

Hi,

is there a way to override a purchase order approval path?

For example, I have purchase orders which need to be sent to suppliers with approvers travelling. So I need to be able to approve the purchase orders on their behalf but as an exceptional task.

i.e as I am the admin- I should be able to override.
