Hello Experts,
We have integrated SAP CRM with SAP Cloud for Customer(C4C) Solution. While replicating the data from SAP C4C into CRM, we are getting error in IDOC. According to our understanding Port ID for Inbound IDOC is not found.
Is this something that is to be sent from SAP C4C to CRM On Premise? If yes how is to be done? Or is it to be configured on SAP CRM On Premise?
Kindly let help me out understand and resolve the issue.
