Hello,
When we go into "New Scanned Invoice" and add a PDF file, we choose "Original Document" whilst adding.
The right hand side of the screen then "greys out" where the scanned image ought to appear (see picture below), and Adobe acrobat opens independently with the scanned image.
How do I get the scanned image to appear on the right side of the screen? I am assuming that this must be either an IE or Adobe setting? We are using IE10 and Adobe XI
