Re: web service error

Hi Cesar,

ByD returns this error message if the logon user does not have the authorization for the addressed web service.

To get a valid user you have to create a communication user:

1. Choose a pre-packaged integration scenario or create you own communication scenario via ByD work center "Application and User management" > view "Communication Scenario".
   Make sure your web service operation is included in the communication scenario.
2. Create a communication system via ByD work center "Application and User management" > view "Communication System".
3. Create a communication arrangement via ByD work center "Application and User management" > view "Communication Arrangement".
   => Enter the credentials in the communication arrangement and use this user to access the web service.
