As far as your requirement is concerned, it would not be possible to pull out a result set depending on the search criteria. Because IStockID, Finished Goods and Raw Materials are all defined as characteristics, the scope of creating a condition is also ruled out. This will be a new requirement altogether. Unfortunately this cannot be done with the Analytics Framework available in the system.
The report framework itself would only show the associated raw results when a particular value is filtered. The un-associated values will be shown as #.
For example,

| def | # |
| ghi | f2 |
so in the above table, there is # shown for the value 'def' that means there is no corresponding value from YYY associated for def. So similarly, you can derive at your results by filtering for the Identified Stock ID and pull fields like Finished Goods and Raw Materials into the report. So if there is associated data available then the values will be displayed, if not # will be shown.
