Final Inspection after Production

Hi experts,

I have created a production model with a BoO including two operations.

1)Make Operation

2)Quality Check Operation with Quality Check Activity (Final Inspection)

After the production order is released, the system triggers the above two tasks (operations).

After the first task has been confirmed and finished, the stock is immediately added.

The inspection is also triggered but the stock is not marked as Inspection stock.

Then after the second task (Final Inspection) has been confirmed and finished, the stock is added again.

The stock becomes doubled.

eg.

1) Production Order     10 ea =>Stock 0 ea

2) After first task                 =>Stock 10 ea     => Inspection Status "Released" but the stock is not marked as Inspection Stock

3) After second task            =>Stock 20 ea     => Inspection Status "Results Recorded"

Please guide me how to use Final Inspection after Production.
