              Thanks for your suggestion,

I have tried from the customize the report using outbound delivery report , there I could not found the outbound delivery id for the counter sales.

please refer below  65, 66 is missing ,which is the outbound delivery id for the OTC

Path: WoC: Over the counter sale --> Outbound  deliveries

Please advise. Thanks
