Mass load of Business Partner into C4C

Hello Experts,

We have a setup where we are replicating Master data from SAP-ISU to C4C via PI. We have done the setup as per Integration guideline and the connection works fine. Now we plan to perform Initial load of Master Data. From the ISU system we have to replicate Business Partner(BP) into C4C,but the issue is that the Integration Guideline talks about replicate only customers. Customers in KNA1 table are replicated via transaction BD12 and this works fine, but if this transaction doesn’t work for ISU business partners stored in table BUT000.

Anyone who has worked on this or if can provide assistance would be a great help.
