Purchase Orders Reports with all the Approvers

Hi,

I am trying to get Approval steps into Purchase Order reports preferably into 'Monitoring Purchase Order' report. Please find the screen shot attached. I am able to get final approver into 'Approver' column which is final step 3 approver in the screen shot but not all the step 1, 2 approvers into report. Could you please advise on how can we get all the approvers in this case step 1 and step 2 approver as well as soon as possible?
