Buyer Create Tax Invoice or in most circle commonly called RCTI's ( Recipient Created Tax Invoice ) this is mostly used in the building and Livestock industries in New Zealand. In some situation its used when you have consignment stock. The difference here is that the recipient is allowed to print the tax invoice

Request from Stock/Inventory ( Consignment )>>Stock Request Approved>>Stock Picked>>Stock Delivered >> Process Tax Invoice by Accounts Payable>>Tax Invoice Printed>>Payment Process.
