We have come up with couple of issue and in those basically, In tag '86', the system might have been expecting a '/' or another character after '999' and hence may be 1 character is missing in the 'Item

Description' field.

In all tags 86 in the file, after '999', add a '/' manually in the file and then try to upload the file. May be it should.
