Contact the customer to install the latest Outlook plug-in with the following steps.
Steps to install:
- Work center: Home
- View: Self Services
- Sub-view: Self-Services Overview
- Under My Computer select Check My Computer Settings and ensure you have the minimum requirements.
- Select Install Additional Software.
- In a new window select the Add-In for Microsoft Outlook and download and install.
If this does not solve the issue report a incident to SAP.
