The described problem is know to me, even though I know it more from the outgoing side.
The payment is initiated by the ByDesign user and a payment file is created. The bank executes the payments and creates per payment (Direct Debit/ Bank Transfer) a separate line in the bank statement. This is one of the options for confirmations in Bank Statement. Banks usually support those options:
- confirming single payments or
- confirming payment files.
In ByDesign we expect the bank to confirm each payment file (no separate lines for the payments, returns are handled as separate lines in bank statement.)
In my case I asked the customer to request the bank to confirm only the payment file and not each payment contained in the file itself. With this and the provided file reference in the bank statement item, the payment allocation was automatically executed and not postprocessing was required.

das von Ihnen beschriebene Problem resultiert aus der Tatsache, dass wir im ByDesign eine Kontoauszugszeile pro Zahldatei erwarten. In Ihrem Kontoauszug wird jede einzelne Zahlung bestätig. Aus diesem Grund haben Sie den hohen Aufwand beim manuellen Ausziffern der Kontoauszugszeilen.
Ich empfehle, dass Ihr Kunde mit seiner Bank vereinbart, dass nicht mehr die Zahlungen sondern die Zahldateien bestätigt werden. Hierdurch kann das automatische Ausgleichen erreicht werden.
Zusätzlich können Sie im Ideenforum einen Eintrag erfassen, dass auch eine Bestätigung von Einzelzahlungen im Kontoauszug möglich sein soll. Die Community kann dann entsprechend voten.
