Service Request Delegation Confirmation Issue for CRM Integration

Hello Expert,

 

I have integrated our CRM system with C4C using HCI.

We are successfully able to replicate the Service Request Delegation from C4C to CRM, Ideally when status of this replicated ticket is changed to Completed in CRM, this status change should be replicated back to C4C. But this doesn't work in our case. There is no change in the Status on C4C.

 

I have deployed the Value Mapping Artifact on HCI which maps the Status Code from CRM to the supported format on C4C. Status E0005 is converted to '3' while coming into C4C. But code '3' in C4C signifies Copy to CRM. (This may be the reason of the issue)

However when I make change in the Value Mapping to convert E0005 to 5 (code for status Completed) instead of 3, I am getting Content Error.

Kindly help me understand how this should be handled to get the status on C4C changed to Completed.
