I checked the PSM document as you suggested. However I don't understand the document quite right. I think. E.g. I can extend the node common of BO Customer although the document said it is not extendable.
My goal is to extend any node of the BO AppointmentActivity. Could you please show me which node can I extend (in a screen shot maybe?).
