Re: A proble with CTI(Computer Telephony Integration)

Hi,

Follow these steps.

 

1. Download the CTI Client Adapter. You can download from the Download page of SAP Cloud for Customer tenant OR use this link - https://share.sap.com/a:2haufm/MyAttachments/3b40235d-e8ec-4c89-b200-5cb4ecc6e951/

 

2. Install the CTI Client Adapter, and start

 

3. Log-in to Cloud for Customer, and open Live Activity pane from the right-hand tool bar

 

4. Click on "Simulate" option on your CTI Client Adapter (it will be running in the background, and you can open it from the taskbar icon)

 

5. Enter a phone number and simulate a call. Alternatively you can use the following URL - http://localhost:36729/?CID=BCM1234&ANI=5555555555
